A Scientist's STORY


After finishing my chemistry degree, I was determined to find a unique opportunity that fit my skillset, would challenge me to grow and learn, and had a company culture that matched my expectations. Encapsys' dedication on building a healthy company culture and focus on continuous improvement were attractive. Its expertise in microencapsulation allows me to grow and learn beyond my own current chemical know-how.

The people at Encapsys are great! When I first started, the environment was beyond welcoming. My coworkers were willing to help me find my footing. At Encapsys it's clear that you're part of a dynamic team and working together towards common goals.

The most fulfilling part about working at Encapsys is being challenged to take a new idea and formulate a tangible product that can scale from bench-top to tanker.
