In 2009, we shipped many thousands of metric tons of microcapsules worldwide. But that's just the beginning. We recently completed a $12 million capacity expansion of our ISO 14001-certified plant in Portage, Wisconsin. We use Lean and Six Sigma processes in all aspects of our operations, which helps us execute as flawlessly as possible.
