A Scientist's STORY
After finishing my chemistry degree, I was determined to find a unique opportunity that fit my skillset, would challenge me to grow and learn, and had a company culture that matched my expectations. Encapsys' dedication on building a healthy company culture and focus on continuous improvement were attractive. Its expertise in microencapsulation allows me to grow and learn beyond my own current chemical know-how.
